Karim Taalbi appointed Managing Director of APRIL Partenaires

APRIL Group has announced the appointment of Karim Taalbi as Chief Executive Officer of APRIL Partenaires, the APRIL Group subsidiary that oversees its construction insurance, motor insurance and property insurance businesses.

Previously Deputy Managing Director, Karim Taalbi will succeed Guy Nietcho on 1 February 2024, who is leaving the group to pursue new professional and personal projects.

With the 240 employees of APRIL Partenaires, spread over 6 sites in mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories, Karim Taalbi’s main ambitions will be to :

– Strengthen APRIL’s value proposition in construction insurance;

– Develop new products and services in motor and property insurance.

A brief biography
Karim Taalbi has spent most of his career in the insurance sector since 2000. Group underwriter at Gan Eurocourtage from 2006 to 2009, he was then Group Technical Manager at Macifilia until 2011. He then joined APRIL Partenaires as Technical and Innovation Director before becoming Deputy Managing Director in 2016. Karim Taalbi is 48 years old.
